At Boss Nutrition and Supplement Store, your satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days from the date of purchase. If more than 7 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

    • Your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition you received it.

    • It must be in the original packaging.

    • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Non-returnable items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

    • Opened or used supplements

    • Perishable goods (e.g. nutritional drinks, protein bars)

    • Intimate or sanitary products

    • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases

    • Gift cards

    • Certain health and personal care items


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email to confirm receipt and let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

    1. Check your bank account again.

    1. Contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

    1. Contact your bank—processing times may vary.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are not eligible for a refund.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same one, email us at admin@bossnutritions.com.au and send your product to:

Shipping Returns

To return your product, please mail it to:

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

For higher-value returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
