These Terms and Conditions, together with your order, form the entire contract between you and us for the purchase of products from Boss Nutritions. No other terms or conditions apply unless agreed in writing by us.

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order with us. By placing an order, you confirm you are 18 or older. We reserve the right to cancel orders from anyone under 18.

Placing Your Order

Orders can be placed online via our website. Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order number.

By placing an order, you offer to purchase products under these Terms and Conditions. We will confirm acceptance by sending you a shipping confirmation email.

If we cannot accept your order, we will contact you by email or phone.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate accounts at our discretion.

Payment Methods and Processing

We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, and Direct Deposit.

• Orders paid by Direct Deposit will be processed once payment clears. Please include your order number with your payment.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day (Monday to Friday, excluding NSW public holidays).
• For card payments, we process payments after you submit your order.
• A tax invoice will be emailed to you upon payment confirmation.

Please Note:

• We do not accept credit cards issued outside Australia.
• Debit or cheque cards may have daily limits affecting order processing.
• Additional ID may be required for security.

GST

All prices include GST unless otherwise stated. Your invoice will clearly show GST amounts where applicable.

Prices

If a product is incorrectly priced, we may cancel your order and notify you promptly.

Supply of Products

We will supply the products confirmed in your order. You will receive a dispatch email with tracking details.

Refunds & Returns

If your product arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 24 hours. We will organise a return, replacement, or credit. Return postage costs are your responsibility, and refunds will cover the purchase price only.
